Incorrect power supply | Check the ResMed supplied power supply is connected correctly. |
Bad connection from power supply to TxLink 2 DC input Faulty mains power source | Check the mains power source and associated cabling. |
PAP device fails to power up | |
Incorrect TxLink 2 PAP device cable | Check TxLink 2 Power LED is On. |
Bad connection from TxLink 2 DC output to PAP device 2 DC input | Check the ResMed supplied TxLink 2 PAP device cable is connected correctly. |
TxLink 2 Error LED is ON | |
Incorrect power supply | Check the ResMed supplied power supply is connected correctly. |
TxLink 2 device damaged | Check the TxLink 2 for signs of physical damage. |
No devices found displayed on Administrator Add tab | |
TxLink 2 not powered up | Check the TxLink 2 power LED is On and network LED is flashing. |
TxLink 2 not connected to Ethernet network | Check Ethernet cabling if network LED is Off. |
TxLink 2 IP address configuration settings are incorrect | Check the TxLink 2 IP address configuration settings with your network administrator. Use the form on the Add tab to manually add the TxLink 2 IP address. |
TxLink 2 name displays in red on Connection manager | |
TxLink 2 has lost power | Check the TxLink 2 power LED is On and network LED is flashing. |
TxLink 2 has lost network connection | Check Ethernet cabling if network LED is Off. |
Cannot connect to PAP device | |
PAP device is not powered up | Check TxLink 2 PAP device LED is On. Check the ResMed supplied TxLink 2 PAP device cable is connected correctly. |
Access code requested but not known | |
TxLink 2 has a prior secure connection with another EasyCare Tx 2 instance | Refer to System Administration (see System Administration) for how to display the access code. |
TxLink 2 in use | |
Another EasyCare Tx 2 instance is already connected to the TxLink 2. | Close the titration window on the other EasyCare Tx 2 instance. |
Access code did not work when making a secure connection to a TxLink 2 | |
Access code timed out | Access codes will expire after 5 minutes. Add the access code within 5 minutes. |
Titration window is open on the PC that generated the access code | Close the titration window on the PC that generated the access code. Generate a new code and repeat the connection process. |
