Troubleshooting

If you experience any problems, try the following suggestions. If you are not able to fix the problem, contact your supplier or ResMed.

Solution

TxLink 2 error LED is illuminated

Disconnect the TxLink 2 and return to a ResMed service center for investigation.

TxLink 2 power LED is not illuminated

Check the power supply and make sure the plug is fully inserted. If the problem persists, disconnect the TxLink 2 and return to a ResMed service center for investigation.
